- Large, Fresh-picked Basil, rinsed and patted dry
- Minced Garlic
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Porcini Olive Oil,(This is purely optional, but gave this salad the extra "Ummm, Ummm!" factor)
- Sea Salt
- Fresh cracked, Tri-colored Peppercorns
